The contemporary feel of the rooms, complete with flat screen TVs and very good lighting, adds a modern touch to the stay. Additionally, the breakfast offers a good selection of high-quality products.

All aspects of this hotel were up to standard and nothing needed improvement.

Hotel is loacted at a very busy street, but we stayed at the back, which was ok. We loved the little outside place of this room.

Noisly people in neighbour rooms, they were having a party till 4AM. This can happen everywhere.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The location was ideal, close to the train station, university, and the charming Altstadt. My room was clean, tidy, and extremely comfortable. I especially enjoyed the well-stocked minibar, offering a great selection of treats and drinks at very reasonable prices. Despite some guests complaining about noise, I had a peaceful night's sleep with the window open. The hotel also has a convenient laundromat nearby, perfect for longer stays. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location and comfortable accommodations.

This hotel is fantastic, my favourite hotel from my 2.5 weeks holidays. It is all very modern, inside a lovely old building. Good location. Staff were exceptionally friendly and the breakfast was fantastic.

The room was decently clean and had basic amenities. The breakfast was okay with a few choices. The location was quite convenient as it was within walking distance to the city center, which made it easy to explore the area.

The staff were not very welcoming and they seemed disinterested in helping us. The parking lot was incredibly tight and we struggled to find a spot to park.

The location is good -- just a few minutes from the main railway station and the city center. It is also not far from the university. The service is good. The staff is very kind.

The breakfast is a bit small. When guests go to the breakfast a bit later (after 9:00am), often there is no bacon left.

Hotel is located just out of the old town - I would have preferred to be located in old city.

We loved the spacious rooms with modern facilities and a large shower. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing suggestions for things to do in the area. The hotel's central location made it convenient for exploring the city.

This was a great hotel in the City of Passau. Only a short 10 minute walk from the old city center. The staff were both friendly and very accommodating. The facility has been renovated and it shows, everything was nice, clean and in working order. We had a large room on the third floor with a great cross breeze. The breakfast buffet was worth the extra 7e per day--lots of fruit, and Bavarian treats.

We did/do not have any complaints; the Internet was our only inconvenience- only available in the lobby, though the staff was happy to provide us vouchers accommodating our laptop and iPad.

German grundlichkeit. Nothing wrong with that. Electricity collapsed during the night (we did not notice) so computers did not work in the morning, We got the bill by snail mail when we returned from holidays.

The hotel was clean, the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent with a good choice of foods. It was an easy walk to shopping facilities and the old town of Passau, and the train station was very accessible over a footbridge. We have no hesitation in recommending this hotel as value for money. December 2011.

We didnt know that there was no elevator...it really was a hassle to carry the baby stroller, the luggage and what not upstairs 3 stariways... Won't go there again!
